Glow Sticks and glow paint will be available at regsitration. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer!

T-Shirts

NEW! This year we will be providing Technical (performance) T-shirts to all pre-registered 5K participants. On-site registration, t-shirts will be handed out of a first-come-first serve basis.

**8 and under may purchase a cotton T-shirt for $10 or a Technical Shirt for $20.

Join us Saturday, October 222nd for this family fun 5K. Costumes are encouraged! We will provide the glow sticks and glow paint to all 5K participants! Proceeds from the event benefit the Farmers Market and Concert Series in Hershey!

Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Sugar Plum Run 5K. We are forming a planning committe made up of volunteers and your contribution is very valuable. If you are ready to volunteer you can click here. You will be redirected to our sign up page on our corporate site.

Below is a list of postitions we need help with along with a brief description.

Day of Event: Day of the event help includes Setup; table, chairs, start & finish line, loading and unloading, clean up and tear down. We can also use help organizing and working the registration tables as well as finish line help and volunteers on the trail.

Marketing and Promotions: You don't need a degree in marketing to help with marketing and promotions. We need help geting the word out. This includes hanging posters, flyer distribution, spreading the word online on Facebook, Twitter and other Social Media outlets.

Public Relations: If you have a background in Public Relations we could use your help. This position includes helping us with press releases, obtaining radio and television interviews for the event and article write up and submissions for local and online media.

Blogger: Do you like to write? We would like to keep our blog active and full of helpful information about our event, the charity and running 5Ks.
